More on the unnecessary 73rd UK MEP costing £2.1 million
Furtrher to the Sunday Times Artice on the Conservative led coalition appointing another Conservative MEP in the West Midlands Region the influnetial local Express and Star Newspaper have followed up on the story

Tory Malcolm Harbour show his ignorance by declaring that MEP are elected on PR and no by election is possible. He obvioisly has not read the 1999 Act that provides for elections tro the European Parliament
