The drive was fairly lengthy and it was decided that there would be a number of stop offs in the day, including Kildaire and Nenagh.
We are being met with beeps and cheers frogo, which is encouraging.
Once in Kildaire, we set about placing Corex boards around the area, and distributed leaflets to those who were milling around the vicinity.
Our second destination of the day was Nenagh, which is also on the way to Limerick. It just so happened that when we arrived there were large crowds forming. After driving the ad van down the main high street, we parked up and took advantage of the busy high street by distributing leaflets to all the adults in the vicinity, whilst giving the children balloons. We also got the chance to watch the marching band in action.
Once again it was back to the vehicles on the long road to Limerick, where the ad van made a e whilst memberso f the team distributed many hundreds of leaflets. Once again, people don't feel they have received enough information upto now, or that too much about the yes campaign is being publicised.
The team will spend more time in Limerick tomorrow, before heading towards Cork, then Waterford.
