Well Done to Councillor Brown!

I have spent a very enjoyable morning at the Solihull local election count, having witnessed my good friend Linda Brown win the Blythe Ward on behalf of the Solihull and Meriden Ratepayers & Residents Association. Thus becoming a Councillor on SMBC!

Linda, absolutely deserved the result having done much of the work of a local councillor for many years without even having office!. I am delighted that she has won, it has affirmed my belief in local politics. I know that Blythe has made a great choice in Linda, and Linda that will do her upmost to help all her new constituents in anyway that she can.

Both myself and Linda were interviewed on BBC WM and by the local papers too..
