The French government has decided to take the European Parliament to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg over the Parliaments decision to table two sessions within one week in October 2012 in order to save money. The secret vote had a majority of over 100 (including me).
The French acting on selfish financial reasons will seek to overule the only EU democratic arm. So much for democracy and who will pay for this litigation - the taxpayer.
