Today the European Parliament voted on a
controversial report that could open the door to MoT testing of caravans
under harmonised EU legislation.
I have received a great deal of mail from caravanners, concerned about the implications of this.
I voted against the Commission Directive, and I am pleased to say that the matter was referred back to the relevant committee.
This will not be the end of it however, and I will keep an eye on proceedings and oppose this at every opportunity.
