Yesterday I met with students at Bromsgrove
school to talk about my role as a Member of the European Parliament.
It was a great afternoon speaking with the
students at the school. As well as explaining the role of an MEP, I took
questions about various aspects of my work such as my work on Human
Rights and we debated reasons why we should leave the EU.
Opinion polls often show that young people is the category that
tends to choose 'don't know' when it comes to the idea of having an EU
referendum, so I'm hoping to inspire some debate on that topic.
