Rail fares rise again

Rail fares have risen once again. On average, fares have risen by 3.1%, with some areas seeing rises of 5%. This morning I spoke to BBC Coventry and Warwickshire's Shane O'Connor about these price rises. Coventry has seen rises of around 2.8%.
