Walford and North Shropshire Learner Conference

It was a priviledge to be the keynote speaker at this mornings learner conference, which was held in the BT building in Oswestry.

I was asked to talk about my role as an MEP, as well as giving the students tips as to how to improve their employability. I suggested tenacity and attitude are what get you ahead in life. 

Youth employment is a critical issue across the EU, and I hope these young people thought about the ways they can improve their chances of getting full time, fulfilling work.
