I attended the AFC Wimbledon vs Dagenham and Redbridge match at the weekend and was absolutely delighted to meet Olympic Gold medalist Sophie Hosking.
Many of you will recall that Sophie won gold in the lightweight double skull rowing event. She is one of the many Olympians and Paralympians that will inspire a generation to follow their sporting dreams.
As an AFC Wimbledon trust member I was happy to see the team pick up a point in the 2-2 draw and I'm hoping their campaign will really start to kick in now.
